    About Z73 BJJ

    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

    A grappling, ground-based martial art focusing on controlling, and submitting your opponent.

    There is no striking (punching or kicking) in Jiu-Jitsu.

    Classes

    Our classes are designed to teach you the skills and techniques required to master the art of BJJ, along with improving your strength, conditioning and confidence.


    We currently offer classes for boys ages 5+ and adults (separate classes for men and women) with girls classes coming soon inshaAllah.

    Our Students

    Nearly all of our students come to us with no grappling or martial arts experience. We promote a friendly, healthy environment in which our students can enjoy their training.

    Instructors

    A purple belt training under Lorenzo Fraquelli (Roger Gracie black belt) at Wave BJJ, Chiswick. Osman has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2015 and teaches our men's and boys classes.


    Osman works as Curriculum Leader of Computer Science at a local secondary school and has been working with kids since 2015. He is fully DBS cleared.


    For our ladies-only classes, we have a female coach.

    Class Timings

    Boys Classes

    Sundays - 15:00 to 16:15 (Ages 5 and over)

    Mondays - 19:50 to 20:50  (Ages 9 and over)


    Mens Classes (Ages 15 and over)

    Tuesdays - 19:30 to 21:00

    Fridays - 19:30 to 21:00

    Sundays - 16:30 to 18:00


    Ladies Classes (Ages 14 and over)

    Saturdays - 14:30 to 15:30


    All class timings will adjust based on salah times, details will be posted on our WhatsApp channel in advance.
